Thanks for the info. can you tell me the exact product that you bought (goldenseal & cayenne). If you can post a link it will be even nicer.
so you took the goldenseal for how long until you noticed any change? Should i take anything else with it, or just the goldenseal? how was your diet during this period?
as you can see i'm trying to find what exactly i have or should do.Although it could not work,i'm ready to try it whatsoever. If you can write what exactly you did, how many time a day you took goldenseal, what was the dosage, what did you eat, etc.
