Eye exercises like the Bates ones do help a lot of people improve their eyesight. I tried them a long time ago but I wasn't patient and I didn't keep them up long.
Of course some people eyes can improve faster than others.

Nutrition plays a big part as does the amount of strain you put on them reading. All the time I've spent in front of a computer screen probably hasn't helped.
One thing is to wear weaker glasses or go without glasses as much as possible. By doing this before in the past my eyesight has improved to a point but then when I went back to wearing full prescription glasses too much or studying a lot they would get weaker again.

Bates system comes from ancient chinese exercises for the eyes I believe. There has been research done on one qigong system in a chinese medical college where a lot of the students reversed their myopia practising it. They were all very young students so that likely helped.

I haven't been focusing on my eyesight lately . I've been focusing on improving other health problems over the last few years and I'm trying to do more and more qigong and keeping learning more about nutritional improvements.

I think a key thing may be getting my Amalgams out safely, which has proved harder to do where I live than I thought it would, then maybe trying some chelation which I'm currently looking into.
