Everyone has a lot to learn. Even if we live to be 1000 years old we still would not have learned everything. But there are certain things that are well known such as not all metabolic processes are acid forming, that acids are essential for our survival and function, that alkalinity can promote fungal Candida and many other pathogens, etc. No amount of stating pesudoscience is going to change these FACTS!

Unfortunately there are those who still have not figured out how to separate fact from fiction so they hold on tenaciously to the acidity causes all disease myth. The shame of this is that they are unwilling to learn when they are offered the opportunity and the evidence. Knowledge is the greatest thing a person can possess.
