fatty liver + inflammation = NASH (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis). Choline and methione deficiencies cause NASH, among other things. Aside from liver flushing, herbs that can help include schizandra, capillaris combination, and you already know about silymarin. That doesn't mean go take all of them! Ideally find a good herbalist or chinese medical doctor who knows how to use herbs properly and to treat NASH.
A zinc product called zinc carnosine can help prevent fibrosis in fatty liver (fibrosis -> cirrhosis), as can mega high doses of probiotics, like VSL#3. That's one of the only things I would recommend in high doses: probiotics. But it's important to try to get that inflammation down to prevent fibrosis. So do research on NASH and cut out all those extraneous supplements. The simpler you can make things the better, and the less burden on the liver.
