Look into them. They are good for so many things ranging from quick healing of cuts, burns etc, to taking out bacteria etc.

It's one of the best ways to reach oral infections that other means cannot. it can actually heal cavitations without the need for oral surgery.

It can also stimulate organ regeneration.

Very useful devices. Soda Instruments makes a decent one with optional light paddles (optional frequencies).
