Can someone quickly tell me if what i did was ok? I didn't see Hanna Kroeger's entire flush instructions so was not prepared.
What happened is I understood the flush as being you were supposed to eat raw tomatoes; juiced or cut up for 2-3 days after which you drink 4 oz Olive-Oil mixed in 2 oz castor oil and some lemon jc. Well, this is the 2nd day I've done it and find out now it is only a
"PRE-Flush" So, what should I do now? Is that ok if i don't do an entire Liver Flush after the tomato and oil thing?
