Call me what you want. There is no way I can prove it to you. I am just some random guy on the Internet after all. I merely posted what I have observed happening to my body. Believe what you wish.

My vision improvement could be indirectly related to iodine. It could have been any of the other things I take; the selenium, magnesium, vitamin C, salt, B12, who knows. But the vision thing started happening AFTER I began the Iodine protocol. Remember that you don't just take Iodine alone! It's an entire protocol - you have to take other supplements along with it.

Regardless of whether Iodine is the root cause of my gradual vision improvement, it has DEFINITELY helped me in ways that can't be denied. I'm not freezing all the time anymore. My sex drive is back. I don't have trouble sweating anymore. Clear signs that my hormone production is becoming normal again. Hormones control SO MANY things in the body. Iodine puts them back in order.
