I did my first flush 3 weeks ago and I am having aches that I've never had before - mainly in the back just below the shoulder blades and around the right shoulder blade. As Hanna had suggested, I took a tablespoon of epson salt a couple of times and it helped. Tonight I am doing another flush and I hope to get some relief! Due to work I need to space the flushes out every 3 weeks.
I've read on this forum that it takes 5 or 6 flushes for people to feel better and I believe that the stones are just moving around so perhaps the aches that you and I feel will lesson after a few flushes.
Hopefully you can flush again soon. Hang in there.
