Yes that can happen. Some feel like they have the flu. When I started I had terrible pain in the sinuses. My ears and sinus always had been weak spots.

As a bonus I got rid of all my allergies, so no pain in these places anymore.

Also my whole life I had pains travelling through my body, arm, leg, foot etc, that is gone too. It is good you askes this question I had forgotton that I use to have these pains.
