your information on the paleo diet is erroneous.

1.) there is no dairy in paleolithic diets! and hence no raw milk.

2.) paleolithic diets do not require you eat raw meat, raw eggs, or raw anything! you can cook your meat and eggs, just as they did.

i agree raw meat and eggs (and milk to an extent) are probably not ideal for absorption and potential contamination issues, and fortunately they play no role in paleolithic diets.
