It has been proven.
Chronic cellular hypoxia leads to numerous changes in DNA.
These mutations are being discovered on a consistent basis and cellular hypoxica causes changes not only in nuclear DNA but also mitochondrial DNA.
People misunderstand the term Hypoxia,...we are not talking about short termed, intermittant hypoxia,...we are talking cellular levels, localized to a tissue section, and we are talking about chronic hypoxia.
