It may or may not work. Be wary of "results may vary" thing. This is the disclaimer, in case, it does not work. Your husband should try nettle tea. Either make your own from fresh herb or buy it in tea form. Pour a cupful on scalp and hair, leave it in as long as possible. Twice a day for a couple of weeks should give you results. Can be used for eyebrows, eyelashes too. Also, castor oil works too, but much messier.
