Don't give up. EFT actually IS working for you. It's working very well. It often does bring up deeper layers of problems and that's just what it's doing for you. Unfortunately your deeper layers are very intense and given your history, you have a lot of tapping to do. As difficult as it seems now, EFT is still probably the fastest way out of your pain.

Even though EFT is a great self-help technique, sometimes you got to get a friend to help you. Tapping alone can be like trying to be the surgeon and the patient at the same time. It's sometimes overwhelming.

Do you know anyone you can teach tapping to who is also a good listener who can guide you?
