Thank you so much for your inspiration. I have been at my wits end. I had Spinal Fusion in August and I am afraid that I will be one of those "Failed Back Surgery Syndrome" statistics. You see, I was 50 pounds overweight when I had my surgery and the surgeon is telling my that the weight of my stomach is causing the plate/screws inserted between my L4/L5 is slipping, and not healing. There is a lump in my back and the pain is still there along with numbness and tingling.

I am going to try the Fomentation and tea as discussed, drink more water and pray, pray, pray.
