I have to point out, being on birth control (artificial estrogen) is a bad idea, even if it fixes your Acne for some. Breast cancers cells are easily triggered by estrogen. It also messes with your Endocrine system and causes "estrogen dominance" it's as bad as HRT (hormone replacement therapy). Using natural progesterone is better for the body.
