You can do less, the one at 8 pm you should do.
The ES relaxes the ducts and if you have calcified stones that is important.
If you know from an US that you have Gallstones I would certainly use the ES.

Also take the things that soften stones.

Make sure to do a colonic, colema or several enemas within 3 days. You want to get the rest of stones and toxins out of the bowel.
