I did the Hulda Clark flush this weekend. 4 doses of Epsom Salt (2 before and 2 after) are a bit too much. I was seriously thinking about only taking 1 2 hours before the olive oil and 1 in the morning. The Epsom Salt is just gross. Does anyone think that 4 doses is overkill too?
