For those that disagree with Donn's assessment, and which agrees with my own, that the taking of vitamins or anything other than water on a fast, I would like to remind them that this is a "Water-only-fasting-support-forum.

Anything other than that, belongs in the general fasting support forum.

I would also like to remind those of you who have disagreed, that I personally have over 30 years experience and study with the fast and the fasting process, having undergone two extensive fasts myself, and post from the vast knowledge of those experienced and qualified practitioners who have gone before us.

You know not as to what you are disagreeing to.
