I think that it would be an absolutely terrible idea not to drink water before and after Epsom Salt coctails. Doing otherwise is incredibly dehydrating and keeping large amounts of water running through your system helps keep flushing out your bowels.

I usually drink multiple liters of water in addition to that which I drink with my Epsom Salts .
