Hi Uny, Greetings Whitebeach :)

Just a quick "disclaimer" for starters - since I am not in your body, there is no way for me to know what's really going on.  Everyone here likely is very aware of how 'anti hospital/doctor' I am...but I am not anyone else, and it's my desire that everyone research, learn, and make their own decisions.  So if you (or anyone else reading) feels they need/want to go to the hospital, then that's what you/they should do (no matter what I would do, or what I think they should do).

Was very ill last night 15 minutes following a cup of tea and a piece of toast. 'Sorry to hear that :(  At least that is what seems like triggered nausea, throwing up, shaking spasms in legs, dizziness, racing heart. It wouldn't be normal for tea/toast to trigger all that...but if you're drinking tea with caffeine (any stimulants of any type in any quantity should be strictly avoided when coming off benzos), there's a possibility the caffeine triggered your response.  Benzo recovery is NOT "linear" (it does not go from bad to better in a typical line...one can be fine for a few days, and then have a pocket of symptoms return by themselves - many times just as severe as initially - with no trigger at all).    Grain is VERY hard to digest (particularly if it's not sprouted grain).  Dr. Christopher would only allow grain in it's wholesome form (full 'berries, soaked/sprouted and low/slow cooked...no flour/pasta etc).  Before I threw up I had a mild urge to have a BM but throwing up came first. An hour later when I was able to stand I had a a BM that looked normal but when I rinsed it through the colander at least half or 2 cups worth would not go through the colander. A few Small pieces of flukelike stuff but the rest is hard to describe, peat? "Peat" sounds like IF#2.  You said you were going to start taking it a few days ago - if you did, that could be the 'peat'.   I've also seen some biliary sludge come out of me that when mixed with fecal matter could be described as 'peat'.  a mixture of different 'stuff' quite light and sort of organic. Gave off a strange smell, nothing like I've smelled before. Some kind of gas, ammonia maybe.  That sounds like it could be "liver-ish" (we've both had some incredibly 'chemical smelling' results when liver cleansing.  And many (many!) people with extremely congested livers continue getting out 'liver stuff' for DAYS after a particularly "opening" flush.

Anyway not sure if this episode was another Benzo thing, there were a lot of similarities, shaking legs, sweating, nausea, dizziness. I feel very weak 12 hours later. It sure sounds "benzo" to me...with a liver kicker.  I sure hope you've started doing a CE at least once a day (assuming, what I think I recall you mentioning before, that you've never had any 'caffeine issues' with the CE's).

More to add...the following day had a strange BM. Luckily it was in the colander. Looked sort of normal but on closer inspection it was composed of very hard lumps. Nearly rock like. Some 3/4" long, some round. Dark in color. Never seen anything as compacted before. When broken up seemed to be fecal but who knows.Could this have come from my gallbladder/liver?   There are some liver/gallstones that are calcified and other that are very dense and dark (even black - other colors, too...red, purple-ish, etc).  If you've started the IF#2 you could be drawing 'chunks of yuck' out of your colon (generally identified as 'colon' by the very 'earthy putrid/rotting' smell.

I meant to give this link in the last post to you - check this out asap (please :)...noting specifically how long this person juice-fasted, and what came out of her liver & colon:  http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1242987#i

(I have read several stories of people juice fasting for many months longer than that!)

After I had the toast and tea I had a bad spasm stomach ache and then 15 minutes later threw up etc.  Hmmmm, I am reading this right?  Two days ago you had 'tea & toast' and thought it triggered several hours of nause, spasms, and all kinds of discomfort...and less than 2 days later you had more 'tea & toast'?  ::::shaking head in total bewilderment here:::

Anyway Uny I continue to feel lousy.  In the next day or two (if you'd like more input) detail specifically & precisely exactly what you're doing/eating in a normal/average day.  And then list what I've recommended what you do, both so I can see if I've missed anything AND so I can see if you've missed understanding or forgotten what I've suggested (and of course, to see if you're being a good boy or a bad boy).   Especially after eating (salad).
Had one meal yesterday and had a period of nausea (hightened) and sweating. I thought I was going to throw up and have another 'episode' but it passed. Spent most of the day in bed. Weak. That's just too much of a temptation...I can't possibly help myself...you feel lously after eating (salad)?, and have nausea after eating?  Well then... STOP EATING AND GO TO 100% JUICES, SUPERFOOD & POTASSIUM BROTH!   That's only what Dr. Schulze AND Dr. Christopher had 100% of their seriously ill patients doing.  My vision is still blurred. 'Don't know if this started with the benzos or benzo withdrawal, or it's a result of your compromised body, but it's a common side effect of the benzo usage/withdrawal.  So, you're telling me the Eyebright doesn't help it?  Or that you're telling me you're not doing the daily eyewashes with it?  Did a coffee enema yesterday and didn't get anything much, no usual bilary sludge that seems to be normal for me.  What 'comes out' with a coffee enema is whatever is closest to the exit door - that's going to vary from day-to-day-week/month.

Next day, another very dense BM, clay like. Wouldn't wash through colander broke up into large pieces. what dose this mean!? Clay in color, too, would indicate liver compromise - generally, when we have dense-clay like bms that won't break up it means we're dehydrated and/or clogged (or getting off pieces of impacted fecal matter/mucoid plaque).

Whitebeach, I realize you're weak, tired, sick, and sick & tired of being sick & tired (and you very well may be dealing with benzo withdrawal issues...so please don't think I'm beating you up or feeling angry).  You are on the right track and you CAN feel like yourself again and undo all this damage...but I'd be amiss if I didn't tell you that you can not undo a several decades worth of compromise without being consistent & compliant and supporting yourself properly while you are being consistent.  I don't make the 'rules' - the greatest healers that ever lived and cured thousands did that...but it is my job to let you know the rules and tell you this is not going to work unless you follow them.  You CAN get better...if you don't, you WILL get worse (just like all of us).

Get on that EFT and knock out your fears (particularly of juicing).  Reread this, and when you post again, tell me the three things that impacted you most in the article:

JUICE-FASTING: The POWERFUL healing therapy!

FEED THE WARRIOR - not the minion!!

(And by the way, kudos & congratulations for getting all that junk out of your colon & liver!!  Can you IMAGINE if you had it all in one big pile how HUGE it would be?  No wonder you're sick, eh?  You ARE making progress!!)

Unyquity
