(I'm on my way to reply to your newest posts now - I have NOT proofread this post)
Thank you for your response. You do inspire me! 'Glad to hear it :)
I am trying my best, which I know is not as good as it could be. Doing our best is the most any of us can ever do - only you (certainly NOT me) know if you're doing your best or not. I have lost a lot of weight and I was never over weight in the beginning so only juicing endlessly is a little scary. 'Just another bit of brainwashing to examine & discard. You're getting the pure 'gold ore nutrition' from 10-15 pounds of produce when juicing a gallon of juice daily (the only thing you're not getting is the fiber, which is nutritionless -- which is why our body expels it). If someone told you to eat 15 pounds of produce daily, I doubt you'd feel it was 'scary' as far as nutrition is concerned. I am also aware of my chronic fatigue which is quite frightening when it rears its head and if I get too weak I am bedbound.I actually feel like it is being stired up (or the virus responsible?). I understand (as much as I can that's never experienced it). More juice/Superfood means more healing energy to your body :::grin::: While I do understand "quite frightening", I also understand we're dealing with foods, juices, natural herbs and very effective, natural healing modalities - for every 'degree' of fear you feel, counter it with another degree of 'something healing' (and methinks it's time you learn and start using EFT if you haven't already. Here's the home page: http://emofree.com/ ...and here's one of the best instruction videos on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l-VDOGqmd4 you can 'tap' MUCH faster than this video, but 'slow' is good for learning). Btw, this is an assignment - you won't believe how much you can help your body & emotions with this tool!
Virus? I don't recall hearing about any steenking virus...if you've been having the raw garlic daily, it's likely 'whatever virus' is gone or seriously weakened/diminished. Echinacea is your friend a zillion different ways :)
The nausea and light headedness I'm not sure if it is toxin release or Benzo thing. see below.
I will go back on the F#2, you're right I haven't been doing it, sorry. Silly, I'm not your "doctor god", you don't ever need to apologize to me for what you do & don't do! You may want to apologize to your body, though :) I am still on the tinctures but have a herbalist mixing it here. The expense of shipping from the US is prohibitive and I always end up ordering more than I should trying to take advantage of the shipping cost grrrr. I completely understand "$$ & prohibitive", just be sure you're getting high quality organic herbs/tinctures. (on the other hand I also understand about folks not willing to prioritize 'healthily'...I've counseled a LOT of people sitting atop full jewelry boxes, late model car/s, wide screen tvs, spending hundreds monthly for "necessities"(that are about as necessary to life as my faded/baggie sweatpants are to good sex (lol)....that think a few hundred dollars monthly is outside their budget for healing their body. The doctors/hospitals, nursing homes & undertakers love them). 'Not saying that's you - I just needed to get that in print.
The last flush I drank one glass of epsom salts at 8pm, maybe that made my night worse. I just keep reading about the ability and necessity of ES to open the bilary tubes etc. Two days after the flush I still feel sick.
So now you tell me you took ES?? :::shaking head & smiling::: lol. With the benzo issue on the back-burner, I likely wouldn't have done that. Your GABA receptors have already shown they were quite damaged by the benzos (the shaking/tremors); I don't know exactly 'how or why', but my doctor within feels like ES could trigger/worsen any symptoms of benzo withdrawal.
To recap: Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate/sulphate) has been used safely & effectively by tens/hundreds of thousands of people for various purposes for decades. ES has a myriad of uses (most could be eliminated or replaced with a natural plant form of magnesium). All substances (particularly those in an unnatural form) have the potential for harm...and even though ES is generally considered safe, it does have potential for harm. It's 'relaxing' qualities can lower blood pressure (sometimes significantly or dangerously...which may have accounted for your dizzy/light-headedness); they flood the intestinal tract with water from the bloodstream, which alters the balance of electrolytes and can cause various levels of dehydration. Since all forms of magnesium are primarily excreted by the kidneys, it is commonly advised for those with known kidney issues to avoid magnesium supplements & Epsom Salts. Many people are HIGHLY reactive to Epsom Salts (I am one of them). Even though I never experience a 'lay on the bathroom floor' level of nausea, I always feel queasier and "urpier" if I use ES when liver flushing. They can be very stressful on the kidneys when we're already compromised, and virtually always cause some level of electrolyte imbalance (I also become very clumsy and very "stupid" when using them internally). It takes me one full day to recover from using ES (at the minimum)...in your more compromised state, I could easily surmise you'd still be feeling the effects the second day.
Here's one of many 'forum testimonies' of flushing without using Epsom Salts: http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1509432
>>>I just keep reading about the ability and neccessity of ES to open the bilary tubes etc <<< I understand completely....I really do. But what are the source/s of your reading? Dr. Sutter's Coke Flush doesn't use ES (and there's never been a speck of valid research presented that it relaxes or softens the biliary ducts); 6 of the 11 "liver flush recipes" on the Liver Flush Forum do not use Epsom Salts. (make that 8 of 11 if one includes Dr. Sutter's Coke Flush and Dr. Schulzes big flush). There's really nothing I can say other than Dr. Schulze successfully flushed thousands of livers (with the 5 Day Cleanse and the 'big' liver flush), never used ES, and never had anyone get a stone stuck. Well, yes, there is something else I can say...and that is: this whole 'stone stuck' thing is approaching ridiculousness. If we didn't normally pass these stones successfully without ES, our gallbladders and livers would have exploded decades ago. There's a risk factor for everything (even breathing & walking down the street); over 100,000 people DIE yearly in the US from using pharmaceuticals 'as prescribed'; allopathic medicine in general is the 3rd leading cause of DEATH in the US. NSAIDS & aspirin = 16,500 deaths:
"Conservative calculations estimate that approximately 107,000 patients are hospitalized annually for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-related gastrointestinal (GI) complications and at least 16,500 NSAID-related deaths occur each year among arthritis patients alone." (Singh Gurkirpal, MD, “Recent Considerations in Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug Gastropathy”, The American Journal of Medicine, July 27, 1998, p. 31S) http://www.naturalnews.com/027548_swine_flu_vaccines_death_risk.html
Deaths from getting a 'stone stuck' while liver flushing? ZERO. How do I know for sure there's been "zero deaths"? I think it's a fairly safe assumption that if someone had died, it would have made the world news headlines! Lives saved from liver flushing? Countless. Actual complications from getting a stone TRULY "stuck" during liver flushing? A handful on CZ (and interestingly, all that I have read/found used Epsom Salts). I doubt that ANY of them knew or had educated themselves as to what to do if they actually had a stone become stuck in the common hepatic duct:

'Tis very probably that if the handful of people in CZ history that actually had a 'stuck stone' would have known what to do, they wouldn't have had any trouble at all.
Below is what Dr. Schulze recommends in the case of a gallbladder attack (which is exactly what we'd do if we got a "stone stuck"...which is basically what most "gallbladder attacks" actually are - gallstones moving out of the gallbladder that get stuck on the way out)
http://curezone.com/schulze/handbook/lg-ap.asp
For severe gallbladder attacks, do immediate liver/gallbladder flush as follows: 2-3 tablespoons olive oil blended with 2-3 cloves of garlic and a big chunk of ginger. Swallow.
Fifteen minutes later, take 2 cups of DeTox Tea (formula to follow) or use grated ginger root tea or mint tea. If no results, repeat in an hour from first olive oil dose. You can repeat this every hour until the pain subsides. Dr. Schulze has never had a patient do this more than twice for total pain relief, even when patients were doubled over in tears. No patient ever needed emergency surgery after doing this.
Right after flush, you can put an ice bag on the liver, just below right rib cage. Do this for ten minutes on, then hot water bottle for ten minutes, then do ice bag again. If person hasn't pooped recently, give an enema to relieve any pressure from the colon.
Repeat liver flush next morning. Then repeat every morning for a week to heal the liver.
In a gall bladder attack, remember to work the bottom of the feet hard, for it will help spasms to let go. Dig in and search for painful points. Work the entire bottom of the foot, as much as the person can tolerate.
Also, in a liver emergency, a person can always add a castor oil pack. Soak a piece of wool or cotton flannel in warm castor oil and place over the liver. Cover with plastic to keep in the castor oil, and place a heating pad over the castor oil to drive the castor oil into the body through the skin. The castor oil acts like a transdermal patch to purify the liver.
Daily castor oil packs along with milk thistle tea (6 to 10 cups/day) can also help drive down dangerously-high cholesterol, since the liver is where cholesterol is processed.

What is typically recommended in the case of a gallbladder attack/stuck stone is to take a tablespoon of ES mixed in water. A coffee enema is also very effective (or both, or a CE with 1-2 Tablespoons of ES added to the solution)...but since Dr. Schulze didn't understand the action of CE's and didn't utilize unnatural substances, we won't see those options from him.
If I did the 5 day liver cleanse would it be too much then to do a big flush?
Doing a 5 Day liver cleanse and following it with a big flush on the 6th day is what I've recommended since this forum opened :)
The half a cup of olive oil really does not agree with me. I don't know of anyone's body that does agree with ingesting 1/2 cup of olive oil, lol.
My digestion is not good at the best of times. One of the main reasons that your 'digestion is not good at the best of times' is BECAUSE your liver is clogged & compromised...so working the area that you're rehabilitating and healing 'pains you' temporarily.
Having said that, today I had a very productive CE. No stones but lots of stuff, still small bits of flukes etc. Great! So you're liver is still full of flukes. I sure hope you're doing at least one CE daily and lots of garlic. You've got to kill those suc***s (literally) and get them out!
Thanks again Uny. You're welcome (I'll be answering your latest posts in the next hour or two). Healthiest of blessings - Uny
