More to add...the following day had a strange BM. Luckily it was in the colander. Looked sort of normal but on closer inspection it was composed of very hard lumps. Nearly rock like. Some 3/4" long, some round. Dark in color. Never seen anything as compacted before. When broken up seemed to be fecal but who knows.Could this have come from my gallbladder/liver? After I had the toast and tea I had a bad spasm stomach ache and then 15 minutes later threw up etc.

Anyway Uny I continue to feel lousy. Especially after eating (salad). Had one meal yesterday and had a period of nausea (hightened) and sweating. I thought I was going to throw up and have another 'episode' but it passed. Spent most of the day in bed. Weak. My vision is still blurred. Did a coffee enema yesterday and didn't get anything much, no usual bilary sludge that seems to be normal for me.

Next day, another very dense BM, clay like. Wouldn't wash through colander broke up into large pieces. what dose this mean!?
