Both Donn and #120496 are quite right of course.

Fasting is not mainstream and is associated with anorexia nervosa and malnutrition.
At one time, Mainstream even believed the Heart would collapse after only three days without food !!!

It is impossible to live without your "three meals a day syndrome", or you will starve yourself and do irreparable harm.

I am not at all surprised at the response you had: it is a very typical one.

Ignorance pervades the masses because they are duped into believing "authority" and the money-making-machine.
