The food industry has also programmed society into believing that without their products they will waste away and die.

Fasting is in the Bible and has been around for thousands of years. The word just needs to get out. It's ridiculous.

Sure there are those who have eating disorders, but fasting is not an eating disorder. It's the most intelligent way of dealing with disease.

Natural Hygiene has taught this for a long time.
