First question, what are you tring to chelate? Did you take a hair analysis to verify that this heavy metal is actually the problem?

Did you know that improper (fast) chelation is actually extremely harmful and people have died? EDTA being the worst.
Are you aware that chelators interact in sometimes unpredictable ways and that in general you shouldn't mix chelators (unless an expert tells you they go together well, like DMSA/ALA)?
The feeling of your nerves being shot are heavy metals (probably mercury) swimming around your body and redistributing because you're not doing the chelation properly.
Chelation done properly should not be a painful experience where the user suffers.
I recommend actually following Cutlers protocol. In most cases he recommends start with DMSA (ONLY) first, but it completely depends on WHAT you are trying to chelate.
