Raw garlic like everyone else already said.

What I do is buy bottled apple juice and add ACV to it. ACV mixes well with Apple Juice..it doesnt give it a vinegar-y taste.

And with cranberry..the trick is Cranberry Extract. Buy that and mix it with cranberry juice or crangrape or whatever.. The extract is pretty nasty.. but it's like ACV and mixes well with juice.

This time of year is great..buy fresh cranberries and stock up and freeze them. Then blend them or juice them with other berries. :)
