I flushed this weekend; I lost count, but I think this was my fifteenth or something. I was nauseated as can be during the night, after I took the oil and GF juice; I don't know if I will ever get used to it. Ugh! Didn't sleep worth a lick either, as usual.
But....I got out a bunch of stones. Never this many before! I had green ones and beige ones, some marble size and many pea sized ones. I felt good that afternoon; I even cleaned the house and went grocery shopping!
Yes, I am very grateful God lead me to Curezone too! Not many people I know know about Liver Flushes and few people are in holistic healthcare to begin with, so it is a relief to be able to vent and share feelings and experiences. I got sick 3 years ago and all the info that I found here helped me improve tremendously.
