Dear fibro friends, I agree with getting those bad teeth out or porcelain fillings -

No more metal is going into my mouth and I have decided that as my teeth fail I will have them removed and for me that means oral surgery since mine are "grown to my jaw bone"

I had three removed in 3/2000 and that was the beginning of my slow progressing recovery from Fibro.

I work hard with nutrition, vitamins and supplements also and the combined efforts, learning stress management and resting 30 min. mid- afternoon has me improved 70% over February 2000
