Unwanted Facial and Body Hair

At Dherbs.Com we get a lot of inquiries about unwanted facial and body hair (how to get rid of it) from women, and as such, I felt an article addressing the situation was needed, so here it is.
When a female has facial hair above her lips, on her chin, on her neck, or on her chest, this denotes a sign of hormonal imbalance. Clearly and evidently, there's too much testosterone produced.
Testosterone is the hormone that is responsible for males having hair on certain parts of their body. Males have mustaches, beards, and hair on their chest due to testosterone.
When a female produces too much testosterone, hair will grow in areas where they are not supposed to grow on a female's body. I say "too much testosterone" because all females naturally produce small amounts of the male hormones (i.e. testosterone, androsterone, etc.) and all males produce small amounts of female hormones (i.e. estrogen, progesterone).
Now for a female, when excess testosterone is produced, this means there is a hormonal imbalance with the hormone 'progesterone.' The female body uses progesterone to produce testosterone. Testosterone is produced from the blueprint of progesterone in a female's body. So excess testosterone in a female's body means a deficiency in progesterone.
What causes the hormonal imbalance? Well, there could be numerous reasons, reasons such as diet, genetics, behavior/activity (functioning as a male, taking on a masculine role due to certain circumstances in life), etc.
Now when hair starts growing in unexpected areas on the female body, especially the face, this means something (a message) is being conveyed. Some women report to me that little hairs start growing on their cheeks, on the back and side of their necks, on their jaws, etc.
If you check the particular body part where the hair growth is present, you'll discover the hair growth is along some meridian or energy center. You see, everything that happens to us means something. The message needs to be deciphered because the body is attempting to tell you something in its own unique way.
All inquiries about unwanted facial and body hair end the same: "What can I do to get rid of them?" Or, what herb can I take to rid myself of unwanted facial and/or body hair?"
There are no herbs you can take to directly eradicate this problem though herbs play a role in remedying the problem or situation from a wholistic perspective, which is rooted in the hormonal or endocrine system.
To fix or remedy a situation of unwanted hair on any part of the body where hair does not naturally or normally grow, one must begin to work on their hormonal or endocrine system and there are plenty of herbs that can be used to help fix the hormonal or endocrine system imbalance.
Hormonal balancing herbs include: Sarsaparilla, Licorice, Red Clover Tops, Fo-Ti Tieng, Maca, Blue Cohosh, Black Cohosh, and Blessed Thistle to name a few.
Dherbs.Com sells a Female Hormonal Formula that includes the herbs supra and many more.
Make sure to change your diet: think about going RAW (raw foods, 75% of diet) and VEGAN (25% of diet). Nothing alters and impairs the hormonal system like consuming meat (dead slaughtered animal flesh) and dairy products (cow snot and pus, 10% fecal matter) as both of these unhealthy products are loaded with synthetic hormones that adversely affect the human hormonal system that in turn can affect hair growth.
Abstain from the consumption of processed and refined so-called foods (including grains and starches), junk food; sugar, salt, MSG, chemical additives (aspartame, BHT, lake dyes, i.e. Red Lake, Blue Lake, etc.) and every other thing that is unnatural. Your body will appreciate this.
Drink a lot of water (half your body weight or 8 glasses) for its flushing ability as well as hydrating ability.
Detoxify your body too, periodically (3-4 times per year). This helps to reset your body's many systems, including the hormonal system. Detoxing helps the body to reboot itself like a computer does.
All women should perform Dherbs.Com's Total Woman Cleanse at least once a year. This kit addresses the hormonal system in addition to addressing the female reproductive system.
Lastly, the unwanted facial and/or body hairs will just have to be cut until your body reprograms itself (which could take an unspecified amount of time, so please do not e-mail us and ask us how long will it take for your unwanted facial or body hairs to terminate).
So if seeing the hairs perturbs you, simply cut them off. That's all you can do until your body reprograms itself.
The greatest advice I can give you is to NOT focus on the unwanted hairs. Abstain from worrying about the situation. When you worry about things you cause them to magnify and manifest rapidly. Concentrate on what you want or desire and NOT what you do not want or do not desire. See yourself in the light you desire to see yourself. See yourself without the unwanted facial and/or body hairs.
Also, some people are just naturally hairy. It's in their genes to be that way. Some females start off at an early age being hairy, having hair above the lips, on the chin, etc. If this is the case with you, ACCEPT yourself! It's just simply YOU and how you are.
The greatest tool you have to heal and resolve problems is the mind, so USE it, even to heal, and to heal from the perceived impossible. All starts with the mind and all ends with the mind.
Regardless of what your personal health challenge may be, embrace yourself! Love yourself! The human body responds to thoughts, words, and emotions, especially emotions. Always remember this and act accordingly.
