With all the discussion of supps, you say nothing about what you are eating. Can you say something about this?

The core of the Moreless protocol is finding and/or growing the best quality foods one can, eating these. Practiced well and long enough, the alk drinks, baths, and other emergency/transition tools discussed here will not be needed very often. They are primarily for transitioning into a better lifestyle.
