I am having problems too. I used to take EFA's, Lecithin, vitamin A, B's and Cod liver Oil- which got rid of my acne.

Now I have been doing Liver Flushes (7 in total) along with Colon Cleanses (Enema's, PB Shakes etc). But I hav noticed that I am getting mild acne. (I am even eating good foods..veggies, plenty of water, green tea, cut down on bread and cheese).

Should I just put up with it till I flush no more stones? i think I have lots of them as I have had plenty of anti biotics/roaccutane and bad diet in my past.

I appreciate advise opinion on this.
