Hello,
I hope you don't mind if I mention a few things. The first is that if you've done the Liver Flushes and not done any bowel cleanses, you may be waking up at that time because of bowel problems. I had that same insomnia problem, waking up at around three o'clock and then staying awake until almost 6 o'clock, last week a few times. I've also had it in the past but never found out what was causing it. But when I wake up I can actually tell that something is wrong in my abdomen. The second night I actually got up and did an enema. That did help. The next day I had an appointment at my chiropractor's. He does muscle testing and found that candida was causing a leaky gut problem. I had been trying to eat vegetarian with grains and vegetables, but I immediately stopped that, and started taking more acidophilus and l-glutamine. That night I slept a little better. The next day I found a supplement that I used to take for leaky gut and started taking that. When I woke up in the middle of the night that night, I took another one and went back to sleep in a few minutes. Not everyone with the same problem has the same reason for the problem, however, but it is something to think about. The
Colosan that Andreas talks about on his forum is good for that problem, also.
The next thing is just something that you can check out if you want to. My daughter had insomnia since she was 7 years old and had tried many different things. She finally got over it by drinking a tea(Sang ji Sheng) that helps cool your liver down by treating blood deficiency. She drank that for awhile and took a supplement called Relax Chi, which also cools down the liver. She still takes that on a regular basis, and no longer suffers from insomnia. We're always trying to help our livers by doing flushes, but there may be other things that are necessary. These two things can cool down your digestion, though, so you have to be careful to not take them near food. The only place I have been able to find Sang ji Sheng and Relax Chi is from www.healthcareherb.com., but something that you can get anywhere that does the same thing is liquid chlorophyl. It helps build blood, cools down the liver, and helps detoxify the colon.
I hope something here helps you. I know from experience that insomnia, especially at that time of the morning, makes you feel like you're living in a nightmare the next day.
