If someone is terrribly weak and dealing with blood Sugar issues and unable to drink Liver Flush drinks or endure the flushes.. would doing cleanses for a prolonged period of time result in the same outcome? (just longer)

I bought Nature's secret milk thistle liver cleanse but honestly don't know what im doing when it comes to dealing with the liver. All i know is.. a) i have adrenal issues and blood Sugar issues, which prevents me from doing flushes b) i have digestive issues c) the right side under my rib is swollen and full
