You're very right about replacing negative thoughts and blame with unconditional love. I felt like it was moreso the eating disorder that I willingly inflicted on myself, but I knew somewhere inside myself that the Depression went hand in hand with it, even if I didn't want to admit it. I will let you know how I'm doing and hopefully I can share the story of what's worked for me in the future. Love, marshmallow. <3
