Hi Uny, Howdy Whitebeach!
Don't know if you are around or not but have a question(s). I'm here now...with a few answers/thoughts.
A quick update: Did a full flush last night, my 2nd, same results, woke at 1am feeling very sick, didn't throw up but spent a considerable amount of time on the bathroom floor. Yes I felt that bad. Great! (you did another flush) Not so great (that you felt so bad that the bathroom floor felt good). But that is very typical in the first stages of liver flushing/cleansing. I always recommend ingesting 2T of ginger root juice with the oil/citrus potion, and taking some form of ginger root to bed (for later nausea).
Today got about 60 green peas, some bigger some smaller, what are they soap stones? They were soft and looked and felt like partially cooked peas. GREAT! WOOHOO! Those are what we non-naysayers know as gallbladder & intrahepatic stones. The nay-sayers swear they are made of olive oil, citrus & digestive juices...but even a 3rd grader's logic is strong enough to deduce that's not the case. The same type 'peas' are released by many from doing a CE (no oil) or Epsom Salts (no oil) or the various non-oil type cleanses (eggs/lecithin)...so that pretty much stuffs a sock in the "the stones are made of olive oil theory". Check out the images here to see what other CZers have released after a liver flush: http://curezone.com/ig/f.asp?f=12 and here: http://curezone.com/ig/f.asp?f=13
Most folks find that the ones that look similar in color/shape to peas (cooked or uncooked) are most likely to be stones from the gallbladder (and the ones we see in the first few flushes). That makes sense, as the gallbladder & bile would work similar to a 'rock tumbler' on the various shaped stones that come from the liver, rounding off the edges and causing them to be more rounded/spherical. If this is the case, then you're making headway 'right on schedule'....first we get out the debris from the gallbladder, then we start seeing the debris from the liver (as it's pushed closer and closer to the 'exit door' with each subsequent flush). 60 peas is a good sized yield - good for you!
The whole day I have felt, weird, light headed, very spaced out, nausea, weak, in other words like I was feeling a few weeks ago, which you and Willow identified as Benzo withdrawal. If this is the case what can I do about it? This is very typical after a liver flush (particularly with your history, and the likelihood of your liver being extremely compromised and impacted with stones & debris). It's stressful for the body to process that amount of oil, which accounts for the weakness...the light-headed/weird/spaced out and nausea are typically chalked up to the release of various toxins & stale bile (and pharmaceutical/chemical "residuals"). It is VERY common to experience all kinds of various weakness, nausea & digestive disturbance when cleansing the liver. What can you do to lessen the 'side-effects' of liver flushing?
Before flushing:
--make sure your body has ample fuel & nutrients (extra Superfood, more juices, etc).
--the Liver Detox/Digestion Tea is wonderful for soothing the digestive tract
--make sure you're doing everything you can to increase bile flow, loosen debris and soften stones -
----1 CE daily (minimum)
----Drink ample amount of apple juice/cider (or Apple Cider Vinegar) for the malic acid to soften stones for a week before the flush. Typically, one gallon of 'apple juice/cider' spread out over the week, or 1 tablespoon of ACV 3x daily) is recommended.
----Nightly castor oil packs on the liver
----Foot Reflexology (dig DEEP into the liver/gallbladder points): Reflexology foot map - Dorling Kindersley
----Dr. Schulzes 5 Day Liver Cleanse (fantastic!)
----If not doing Schulzes 5 Day Cleanse, then 3-5 cloves of raw garlic daily in order to kill flukes (this is imperative for you, since you're still seeking flukes/pieces)
During/after flush:
--many folks have the nausea a couple of hours after ingesting the oil/citrus potion. Interestingly, the liver has released all the bile it's going to release within about 1/2 hour from the time we ingest the oil/citrus. Some get relief from ginger; others from having some juice; for others, nothing much seems to do the trick. I'm beginning to understand this may be the part of the flush where the debris is actually being pushed from the liver/gallbladder, and the nausea may be coming from the obstruction. If that's the case, working the liver/gallbladder points (foot reflexology) would be very helpful, more ginger (anti-nausea & cholagogue -- which increases the flow of bile)...or, if one is already awake and laying on the floor, a quick/small coffee enema just might do the trick (I always advise to have one brewed & ready for the morning after a flush, so 'might as well do something that might be helpful, as lay on the floor and suffer through it). Also, peppermint is very relieving for 'liver flush nausea' (some folks swear by it). Dr. Kelley recommended Alka-Seltzer Gold.
I wanted to do the liver flush as it is the about the only thing I am not doing. Really truly? This is not to 'beat you up' (and I'm certainly not angry), but unless you're doing a LOT more than you've been reporting, you're a LONG way from that underlined sentence!
As of 10/30 - 10/31 you'd reported doing ??? liver flushes ('sorry, don't have time to read through all your past posts), you were doing a CE every other day; taking Liver tincture (which should have run out a long time ago); 'still haven't heard anything about taking IF#2 (which should be taken 5x daily to adsorb the myriad of toxins you're releasing that make you feel sick AND stress the liver); nothing about castor oil packs, nothing about foot reflexology, 'can't tell if you're still hitting the garlic or not, 'don't know if you're juice fasting or just having an occasional glass of juice (nor do I know about your typical daily diet).... I realize you had a "delay interlude" with the benzo/valium deal, but other than that flushing every two weeks would be the bare minimum (I've suggested in the past flushing weekly, and I know you must have read the same on Doc Sutter's forum) - so if you're not already, be sure to be doing a flush every two weeks - a CE daily - add foot reflexology (if you hadn't heard about it or aren't doing it already) - juice fasting is your BEST FRIEND now, and IF#2 would make you feel SO much better in SO many ways. (Yes, I realize it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the liver - but the liver IS stressed by all the toxins it's releasing because they're reabsorbed into the bloodstream very quickly AND if you're taking IF#1 without IF#2 you're stirring up and releasing VAST amounts of toxins that are being assimilated into the bloodstream - yet another liver stresser).
'Sounds to me like you obviously still have a lot of flukes clogging up the works and that in the next few flushes you'll 'break through' and be seeing a lot of liver stones & debris. I realize this likely seems like "OH so much for OH so long", but we were all incredibly dedicated at trashing our liver for a very long time (and most of us did it with gusto, consistently). It's a miracle that we can undo it at all...that it takes only months to undo decades worth of damage is a true blessing.
Now that you seem to be over the benzo issues, the 'time it takes' is totally up to you...work faster & more aggressively = feel better & get results sooner; work slower with less dedication = feel better & get results very slowly. You're the only one that can decide which pathway to take.
But am not sure if getting a collection of green peas is worth it. They certainly didn't look like gallstones. lol, I didn't know you were doing gallbladder dissections in your laboratory, Dr. Frankenstein! :::grin::: This first image sure looks like peas to me! http://curezone.com/ig/f.asp?f=133 I also did a coffee enema today and got very little of anything, a couple of peas and minor pieces of flukes(?). If you want to use CEs in place of liver flushing (like Gerson did for his patients), he had people doing 4-5 CE's daily (something I do not recommend without strict adherance to all aspects of the body/healing protocol...like the full IP. And then, only with care & caution). Basically, CE's are not a substitute for liver flushing - and we shouldn't expect to "see" much from them. That you have seen a lot of debris from your initial CE's indicates how desperately compromised & congested your liver truly is (imho).
'Sounds to me like you are progressing pretty much as everyone else I've assisted or read of - like I mentioned, it's up to you at this point how fast the results happen.
Hope you and Rocky are well. Thank you kindly :)
