you know, that rant was all about trusting yourself. thats who i want you to trust. no one else knows you so no one else has the knowledge you do. i can only say what i know and i certainly dont know everything. among all humans, there is no greater authority than you about you. i dont like cults of personality.

and like i said, i like ted. just remember, he is a world away and dealing with very different circumstances sometimes. that can be a good thing, or not so good.

i want to help if i can. i wasnt trying to put you off. i hope i didnt. my rants are generic for everyone. nothing personal, just an opportunity afforded to get something off my chest that i think needs to be said. i am not insensitive, i simply think people are more resilient than they themselves or others give them credit for.

as far as the niacin thing goes, i like the flush. beyond that, i defer to others like newport or ted.
