Ive done pretty much all my flushes which is about 20 without using apple juice, some people buy malic acid in the pill form and some people use phosfood. The day of a flush i eat breakfast and lunch and for supper i eat 1 or 2 grapefruit, and right before i take the potion i eat about 3 dill pickles to stop the nausea. I have probably had one flush where i didnt produce any stones the rest have been succesfull. IMHO, apple juice is overrated.
