I too was so relieved when I came off Mirena that I didn't have this constant fear of death. Under Mirena it was like my filter for putting things in a rational context was just totally removed. I didn't know what anxious thought was something to be worried about and which was baseless. It was confusing to say the least. So, yes, I am with you 100%.

I have been having some weird chest pains post removal, but I don't know if they are related to the Mirena or not. My nausea/ heart burn issues have eased 2-1/2 months post Mirena but still exist (though the abdominal bloating is totally gone).

It is remarkable and yet somehow not surprising how similar what many of us are going through/ went through are.
