I realize that an ssri can not cure adrenal fatigue but is it a useful tool to decrease stress symptoms so that the body and mind can "feel" less stressed.

I am in a very severe stage of adrenal fatigue (i believe almost near failure) and am wondering if an ssri would be useful.

I would love to hear from those who has been on ssri's or benzos and what their experiences were in relation to their fatigue or other endocrine issues.
