Hi everyone .


This will be my 10 th ot maybe more attemp to complete a 30 days cleanse .Gosh ..don t even know where to start;i am a emotional eater (gain 30 kilos in the past 2 years) i am depressed and feeling horrible ( general pain, fatigue , fell sluggish most of the time).I am so desperate to rich "that feeling of weel being" that a lot on people are experimenting on this cleanse . Hope i will be able to achieve my goal of 30 days .
