I also have really bad heartburn/gas pain. I think something is wrong with my heart most of the time. I feel pressure and it makes you feel weird. Like something is going to pop any minute. Mine doesn't necessarilly hurt, just makes a littles light headed maybe. Gradually, I start to burp and the pressure is relieved, but I still have the sick feeling from the acid. I was taking prilosec and it didn't always work, so I am trying to get over it with some zantac and natural enzymes. It is one of my worst symptoms, aside from the anxiety, which is triggered by the heartburn. Bad cycle! I hope yours improves.
