This one is certainly easier to read than your previous link. That one was way over my head.

A few years ago, I would make mgwater by mixing Milk of Magnesia with clear soda, keeping it refrigerated, then drinking a little of that a few times a day. I can't find the recipe on-line anymore; but I'm no longer interested anyway. I did this only due to recommendation of my ND. He wanted me on nearly zero acid diet. Oh, if I had only known how damaging that was to my condition of fungal overgrowth.
