I would not use "Lo" salt at all. Your adrenals need salt; In UK you can find Himalaya salt in health shops and in net shops; half a teaspoon per liter of drinking water.
Celtic salt is also available, if I recall right from my last visit. Your tap water is usually quite chlorinated and some places fluorinated; any possibility to filter it will help your journey to health.
ps I start my day with one 8 oz of salty water.
