very informative. The connection between Thyroid and the adrenals are very interesting. I kind of find my whole family here; father, brother, sister etc. we were all filled with loads of amalgam.

I would go for both though; support the thyroid with Iodine at the same time as supporting your adrenals with herbs etc.
