It seems the artificial hormone in the Mirena has caused a lot of women to have anxiety and/or panic attacks that mimic heart problems and also GERD which can be confused with heart problems. Are you taking something for the GERD like Prilosec? There are fears of death that haunt people when you feel unwell for long periods of time. Glad the Mirena is out. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
