the sound effects creeped me out. otherwise, i liked it. i have never eaten cows tongue. do you eat the ouside of it or just the inside muscle?

i eat everything as raw as possible, though i do like that seared flavor on the outside and the fat warmed up a little.

wayne green eats calf liver raw, just warmed a little on the griddle. he swears by it. organ meats are where the nutrition is. remember eating the liver of the fresh kill in dances with wolves? i would love to do that with a buffalo. i would even do it with a deer. i didnt do it with a moose i killed once, i was too chicken at that time.

meat isnt the problem. its who raised and butchered it that can ruin it.
