Neurological problems deal with conflicts with the future, or a conflict of anticipation.

For example a nueropathy patient intensely wanted to start a scrap metal business. He knew he could make a killing at it. But he didn't have enough money to invest to get started. He obsessed on this for several years and it went somatic.
