You be more than welcome! (I knew you knew already and that it must have just slipped past you). And if it weren't for my dad developing diabetes, I wouldn't have known about the psyllium either - that one's a 'new find' for me :)

LOL, yeah, I do...but one has to be able to remember to take it before can work (how's that for a conundrum?)
