You really need to see a dermatologist because it sounds like your situation might be either fungal or yeast. It also sounds advanced enough that you may need nystatin or fluconozole (pill forms). Is there any option other than waiting a year to see this dermatologist (i.e., going to another city?) A low carb diet like you are eating will help.
