Yes, there are numerous products on the market to desensitize a penis for longer duration.  Don't see how Kegels can help, and I'm assuming you are intending them for her.  Kegels help tighten the muscles in the vagina so that the grip on you would be greater.  This if anything would make the situation more difficult.

There are many options available to help you, you just need to do a little hunting for the method that best suits you.
